Decision Analysis & Resolution Framework
A DAR analytics framework evaluating 30+ quantitative metrics to assess security-operations maturity and strengthen cyber-risk governance. It automated the compliance-analysis workflow across CMMC and NIST 800-171 controls — gap analysis, control-effectiveness scoring, remediation tracking — and layered AI-driven anomaly detection on compliance risk scoring. The interesting part wasn’t the dashboards; it was watching compliance shift from spreadsheet archaeology to real-time decision support.

The IT project intake at WPI ran on tribal knowledge. I designed the SharePoint architecture, built Power Apps interfaces, and created automated Power BI reporting pipelines that gave leadership real-time visibility into project health and portfolio performance — 60+ evaluation parameters, automated workflows, and architecture reviews balancing technical feasibility with governance.

A forecasting model integrating staffing requirements, compliance timelines, and budget data to optimize resource allocation across multiple client contracts. Custom DAX and data models powered automated dashboards letting clients visualize contract timelines, delivery progress, and project health in real time — across contexts, without sacrificing performance.

Campus Hiring Platform
A campus hiring platform connecting corporates, institutes, students, and assessment partners — driven from ideation to production in the startup’s founding year. I shipped the core modules (candidate assessments, corporate hiring workflows, campus engagement) that anchored the roadmap, and built the PM function from the ground up. The interesting part wasn’t the platform; it was standing up an operating model — RAID, RACI, change control, critical-path scheduling — where none existed.

Procurement across a ~$2M portfolio ran on scattered emails and spreadsheets. I designed and built a system that centralizes, compares, and tracks vendor quotes portfolio-wide — standardizing procurement decisions and giving leadership an auditable financial trail. It was the difference between defending a number and being able to show your work.
