What I’m focused on right now.

A snapshot, kept current — in the spirit of Derek Sivers’ /now page movement.

Leading a 15+ project, ~$2M-a-year WPI Infrastructure & Security portfolio. Multi-domain delivery across network modernization, capital and facilities programs, campus access control, cybersecurity, and physical-security and surveillance infrastructure — vendor and contract lifecycle, risk orchestration, and stakeholder alignment across technical and non-technical groups.

Building Mint Labs and MintGrid. Mint Labs is the venture studio I co-founded; MintGrid is its first product — a platform for land and property intelligence built on structured-data systems and workflow design. Currently focused on system architecture, workflow models, and scalable data structures for land professionals.

Researching agentic AI for project work. Status synthesis, risk detection, compliance mapping, decision analysis — the unglamorous middle of project management that’s ripe for automation. Testing Claude, GPT, and open-source models against real PM workflows.

Favouring open standards in everything I ship. The free-software years (FSFTN, through 2023) left a habit that outlasted the movement work: documented systems, open formats, and tools the people who use them can actually own.
