Manage a 15+ concurrent project portfolio valued at ~$2M per fiscal year across four programs — Infrastructure Modernization, Network, Campus Safety, and Cybersecurity — owning each project from intake and chartering through execution and closeout. Saved ~$50K in a single fiscal year through vendor negotiations and retiring redundant services.

Delivered a campus-wide wired network refresh on Aruba and Juniper platforms and a DDoS risk assessment and mitigation; led converged physical-cyber security — access control and badge readers, video surveillance (Milestone VMS), and blue light phones. Drove compliance policy aligned to NIST 800-171 and FERPA, and owned vendor and financial governance: authoring RFPs, evaluating global security vendors and VARs, and enforcing SLA and contract compliance.

Business Analyst · Project Management Intern

HUBZone-certified federal prime contractor — CMS, NIH, TSA, IHS

Billed as Business Analyst on client contracts while serving as project coordinator across two cybersecurity initiatives — the Corporate Security Initiative and the CMS Marketplace State Security and Privacy Support Services (MSSPSS) program. Wrote Snowflake queries to identify and match CVEs and vulnerabilities across security datasets, preparing risk reports for contract leadership.

Project-managed organization-wide ISO 27001 compliance and a CMMC / NIST 800-171 control assessment — gap analysis, remediation tracking, and audit-readiness milestones. Built the Decision Analysis & Resolution (DAR) framework evaluating 30+ metrics, and automated compliance reporting in Excel VBA, SQL, and Power Automate with Power BI (DAX) dashboards for MSSPSS clients.

Project Management Analyst

Designed the SharePoint architecture and built the institution’s portfolio governance platform (Power Apps, Power BI), standardizing 60+ project attributes and giving leadership real-time visibility into project health, risk, and spend. Built Power Automate workflows replacing manual spreadsheet tracking, and authored documentation for the Business Analyst Community of Practice.

Conducted blockchain and business-intelligence research under Professor Daniel Treku (WPI Business School) using Python (Pandas, NumPy); selected as Teaching Assistant for the Business Intelligence course.

Project Manager

HR-tech startup — campus hiring platform

Joined in the company’s founding year and drove the flagship campus hiring platform from ideation to production — working directly with the C-suite on requirements and the early roadmap while managing internal and vendor technology teams through development and launch. Operated in product-owner fashion beyond the title: authored BRDs, owned the backlog, ran sprints, and delivered client demos. Built the PM function from the ground up (RAID, RACI, change control, critical-path scheduling) and rebuilt the JIRA/Confluence workflows.

Associate Project Manager

Began my career at an early-stage startup supporting the senior leadership team, delivering the flagship e-commerce platform from prototype through production launch with a 10-member cross-functional team. Coordinated backlogs, sprints, and stakeholder communication while contributing hands-on as a software developer — applying secure SDLC practices for payment security and PII handling.
